    Add tools, vehicles, and plant with the detail you need — make, model, serial number, location, and cost — or import your existing register from CSV with automatic column mapping. Filter and view as cards or a table, and manage everything across multiple locations.

    Tag it with a QR label and scan on site

    Design and batch-print QR or barcode labels in the built-in label studio, stick them on your kit, and scan a label with a phone to pull up that asset’s record, history, and location. Looking up a label needs signal; the updates you log after that save on the phone with no signal and send when you are back in range.

    Schedule maintenance and track the real cost

    Set maintenance and inspection schedules so servicing is planned before it lapses, log service history and certificates against each item, and record plant hire, bookings, and transfers between sites — building up the true cost of ownership across hire, service, and downtime.
