Your whole business in one system — locked down and accounted for
Field Forge keeps your data isolated to your company and encrypted, lets you control exactly what each person can see and do, backs everything with two-factor authentication and an audit trail, and gives you a recycle bin and daily backups when something goes wrong.

The problem it solves
One system now holds your whole business
Customer records, pricing, margins, invoices, and job history all live in one place. That is a huge convenience — and it means account security and access control stop being optional.
Not everyone should see — or delete — everything
The office needs full access; a field engineer or subcontractor should not see your margins or be able to delete an invoice. Most tools hand everyone the same keys and hope for the best.
When something changes, you need to know who and when
A price gets edited, a job is marked complete, a record disappears. Disputes, audits, and awkward conversations need a trail — not a shrug and a guess.
How it works
- 1
Set each person’s access
Give every team member a role — from Owner and Administrator through Office, Accounts, Field Engineer, Subcontractor, and Viewer — then fine-tune exactly what they can create, edit, or delete across jobs, quotes, billing, purchasing, clients, and more. It is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the screen.
- 2
Lock down every account
Anyone can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. Your data stays isolated to your company and encrypted in transit and at rest, while Google App Check blocks bots and automated abuse at the door.
- 3
See everything, recover anything
An append-only audit trail records who changed what and when. Deleted records go to a Recycle Bin you can restore for 30 days, and your entire dataset is backed up automatically every day.
