Your engineer measures the property room by room on their phone. A square room takes a length and a width; an L-shaped one goes in wall by wall. Floor area, net and gross wall area, ceiling area, skirting and perimeter are worked out as they type. Every door, window and fixture is recorded, with up to 30 photos for each room.

Within moments the office sees it all on the job, on the quote and on the customer’s site. No paper sketch, no tape-measure notes on the back of a job sheet, and no phoning back for the bathroom sizes.
What you get
- Any room shape. Enter a rectangle, or go wall by wall with left and right turns. The app shows how close the outline comes to closing.
- Doors, windows and fixtures. Record sizes and counts, and mark each one keep, replace, remove or new.
- Laser figures marked. Switch on Measured with laser and the figure is marked as laser-measured. If it’s later edited by hand, the office sees that it changed.
- Works with no signal. Everything saves on the phone and sends when signal comes back.
- On every plan. Engineers on the Lite field licence and office staff on the Full licence, apart from the accounts role, can take one, and anyone in the company can view one.
